The next World gymnaestrada will be taking place in Amsterdam in August 2023. The World gymnaestrada is a large international event with gymnastics clubs from all over the World taking place. The event takes place once every 4 years, non-competitive festival gymnastics. The last World gymnatestrada was held in Austria with 23,000 participants from 62 countries. Our Display squad will be performing their routine at multiple locations throughout the week in Amsterdam. The squad are now working very hard to learn and perfect their routine. They have performed at the Guildford and London Gym Fusions and will be performing at many more Displays before they go to Amsterdam for the World Gymnaestrada. In June 2019 we changed our club name from L&G Acrobatic Gymnasts CIC to Generation Gymnasts CIC and since then it has been all systems go. We now have 4 full-time members of staff with a wealth of knowledge and experience Linda Leach, Gemma Evans, Kerrie Evans & Shannon Warner. We would also like to welcome Josie Rice back to our coaches team which she will be doing alongside her masters degree. We also have many other coaches and assistants. Linda Leach Has been involved in gymnastics for the last 50 years. She started gymnastics at the age of 11 where she showed real determination and strength. Linda has been a very successful coach in general gymnastics, acrobatics, tumbling and woman artistic. Linda Is a mother to 4 grown-up girls and grandmother to 11 including those form her step children. At the South East gymnastics awards in 2017 Linda received an award
